What we collect

When you book a call or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, clinic name and anything you choose to tell us. Our website may also use cookies needed for it to work and, where you agree, cookies that help us understand how it is used.

How we use it

We use your details to arrange and hold your call, reply to your messages, and send you information about our services that relates to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We use trusted providers to run our booking system, email and video calls (including HighLevel and Google). They process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless we work together, in which case we keep them for as long as the contract and the law require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop marketing to you at any time. Email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
